Bought a used 458 and I think the previous owner ignored every speed bump in Dubai

Took a leap on a 2012 458 with relatively low mileage a few weeks ago and it’s been an absolute thrill except for this one thing that’s really nagging at me, there’s a hollow knocking from the front right that only happens when I go over the sharper speed bumps in Jumeirah at an angle and it almost feels like something is loose but the handling at speed is still razor sharp so I’m confused. Naturally I started obsessively searching forums and YouTube videos trying to isolate the sound, fearing the worst about the MagneRide dampers or the lift system, and stumbled across a fairly reassuring piece about a Ferrari Suspension Workshop Dubai that described exactly this kind of symptom and linked it to worn bushings or a drop link rather than a full strut failure. I’m still a bit hesitant to just drop it off anywhere given how complex these cars are, but the idea that it might be a relatively simple fix with the right diagnosis has me cautiously optimistic, so I’m wondering if any other Prancing Horse owners on here have dealt with a similar front end knock and what it actually turned out to be on their car, just to go into the inspection with a bit more confidence.
