Car passed inspection at the dealer but my gut says something is off, worth a second look?

Bit of a weird situation here and I could use some outside perspective. I put a deposit on a used Corolla from a dealer in Sharjah, and they showed me their own inspection report saying everything is clean. The car drives fine, no noises, no warning lights, but something about the whole thing feels too smooth, if that makes sense. The sales guy kept rushing me through the test drive and brushed off my questions about the service history, saying it is all on the system. My uncle mentioned he once used 800 sayara for a second opinion on a car he was buying and it caught a previous accident the dealer conveniently forgot to mention. Now I am wondering if I should do the same before paying the balance. The thing is the dealer already has my deposit and I do not want to make it awkward, but 45k is not small money for me. Has anyone here done a second inspection after a dealer one and found something the first missed, or am I just being paranoid?
