So my front bumper has been looking pretty rough for a while now with all these stone chips and scuffs from parking, and I’ve finally decided I can’t stand looking at it anymore. The paint is chipped in about a dozen places and there’s this ugly scrape on the corner from where I misjudged a curb, it’s honestly embarrassing driving around with a bumper that looks like it’s been through a war. I thought about just touching it up myself but I know from past experience that DIY touch-ups always look terrible and end up making the car look worse than if I’d just left it alone. I’m not really in a position to spend a fortune on a full respray, especially since the car is getting older and I’m not sure how many more years I’ll keep it. I really just want the bumper to look presentable again without breaking the bank, but I also don’t want to go to some cheap place that uses low quality paint that’ll fade or peel after a few months in the sun. I’m hoping to find a place that offers affordable car paint shop near MBZ City because that’s where I live and it would be really convenient to drop the car off and not have to travel far. Has anyone had a bumper repainted recently and can tell me what a reasonable price range is so I know what to expect? I don’t want to overpay but I also don’t want to go so cheap that I end up regretting it.
