Looking at a used Lincoln Navigator in Dubai, anyone know a good inspection service?

I’m seriously considering buying a 2016 Lincoln Navigator from a private seller in Jumeirah, but I’ve heard too many stories about suspension issues and electrical problems on these big American SUVs, so I definitely want to get it professionally checked before I commit. I found a site that offers a Dubai Lincoln Car Inspection Service and I’m wondering if anyone here has used them or can recommend another reliable outfit that actually puts the car on a lift and runs a full diagnostic instead of just a quick visual once over. I need someone who knows these Ford based trucks inside out, especially the air suspension and the Ecoboost engine, because I don’t want to end up with a money pit just because I skipped the inspection. Any suggestions from personal experience would be hugely appreciated.
