That dreaded check engine light just came on in my A6, need garage recommendations

I was driving home yesterday and everything was completely normal, then out of nowhere this orange check engine light pops up on my dash and my heart just sank because I know from experience that these things are never cheap or simple to fix. My A6 has been running beautifully for the past couple of years with just routine servicing, so this is the first real issue I’ve had and I’m already dreading what the diagnosis is going to be. I did the classic thing of turning the car off and back on again hoping it would just disappear but nope, it’s still there staring at me every time I drive. I’m not really mechanically inclined so I have no idea if it’s something minor like an oxygen sensor or something major like the timing chain, which is apparently a weak point on some of these engines. I know the dealership is an option but honestly I’ve heard their diagnostic fees alone are enough to make you cry, and I’d rather find a specialist who actually knows these cars and won’t charge me a fortune just to plug in a diagnostic computer and tell me what’s wrong. I live over in the MBZ City area so I’m really hoping to find somewhere nearby that I can drop the car off and not have to travel far to get back home. I’ve been asking around and trying to find a place that offers trusted Audi repair in Mohammed Bin Zayed City because I want to make sure the people working on my car have the right experience and equipment to handle the complex electronics these cars have. If anyone has had a good experience with a specialist in this area, especially if you’ve had engine-related work done, I’d really appreciate a recommendation because I’m stressed and I just want to get this sorted without getting ripped off.
