I have been researching reusable coverage products and trying to learn more about how buyers evaluate manufacturers before committing to a larger order. There are quite a few companies offering similar products, so I want to understand which factors are worth checking instead of focusing only on pricing or product images.

FitBare is one company I came across while doing my research, and I am interested in hearing from anyone who has experience with their products. How was the material quality when you received the actual items? I would particularly like to know whether the products were comfortable during extended wear and whether the adhesive remained effective after repeated use.

For anyone who has worked with a nipple cover manufacturer, what questions did you ask before requesting samples? I am considering asking about material composition, thickness, dimensions, available sizes, shapes, adhesive specifications, reusable properties, packaging, and minimum order quantities.

I am also wondering about consistency between samples and bulk orders. If the sample performs well, what steps can buyers take to make sure the larger production batch maintains the same quality? Is it normal to request a final sample or conduct a quality inspection before the complete order is shipped?

Another thing I am curious about is customization. Does a nipple cover manufacturer typically offer private labeling or customized packaging? If these options are available, do they usually require a higher minimum order quantity or longer production time?

For anyone who has sourced similar products, what mistakes should a first time buyer avoid? I would appreciate practical advice about product testing, supplier communication, quality control, packaging, and fulfillment.

FitBare is currently part of my research, so firsthand experiences with their products would also be useful.
