Hiju is one manufacturer I have found while comparing potential suppliers. Before contacting them in detail, I would like to understand what previous buyers normally investigate. Has anyone here worked with Hiju on a complete treatment system rather than purchasing a single piece of equipment? How satisfied were you with the technical communication throughout the project?
I am especially interested in customization because every industrial facility can have different water characteristics and treatment requirements. When discussing a project with Hiju, should the supplier normally request a complete water analysis before recommending the treatment process? How much information should be supplied during the initial inquiry to receive an accurate proposal?
